Since its inception in 1947 the company has operated from facilities located in Ridgway, Pa.  We have 120,000-sq. ft. of plant space, with approximately 100,000-sq. ft. devoted to manufacturing.  The company has 99 acres of land contiguous to the current facility available for future expansion.

  We currently employ 200+ people in the design, development, manufacture and shipment of powdered iron and powdered steel components to a wide variety of customers.

            To provide our customers with the highest quality levels possible in parts we make for them, we invest in highly automated lines when part volume justifies the investment.  Our customers win two ways, with high quality parts and competitive prices.  Likewise, we have recognized the need to provide appropriate equipment to permit our people to provide you with high quality levels and competitive prices on all parts we make.  We have invested heavily in state-of-the-art presses (mechanical and hydraulic), sintering furnaces (with sintering temperatures as high as 2300° F).  We have in-house tooling capability for the manufacture and maintenance of tools in a timely manner aimed at meeting customer requirements for prompt delivery of their products.
